Yoga practice has been my home for nearly thirty years. It is my life’s work as a teacher and an enduring passion as a ‘forever’ student that has spanned decades. I started as ballet dancer early in life, but eventually fell in love with yoga, finding in it a vital source of strength, mobility, and humility. My training includes deep study of alignment and therapeutics as well as several styles and lineages of the yoga tradition. As this practice is all about cultivating balance, my work also fosters acceptance, softening and the advanced practice of giving ourselves grace and tenderness.
A One-Woman-Owned, Boutique Studio Experience
As the owner of this one-woman boutique studio, I pour my creativity and 26 years of teaching experience into every class. It is my greatest honor and privilege to share this "community at home" with you. Whether you are brand new to yoga, an experienced student or are navigating the shifts of midlife there is always room for you in this circle. There’s no judgment, competition or comparison in my classes as I encourage students to honor their bodies for all they can do exactly as they are today.
