Fresh Start. Spring Edition.

Fresh Start is a series of nine yoga classes, 7 in person and 2 live, online sessions.

This series is for new students who want to learn the basics or returning yogis who want to come back home to their practice. These classes will focus on strength, flexibility and an inroduction to breath practice with specific, detailed instruction.

If you've ever wondered "am I doing this right" in a yoga class, this series is for you!

Come learn to love the body you live in! Practice yoga in community with other women over 40.

No competition and no judgement but maybe a few laughs!

Get ready to welcome springtime (I swear, it's around the corner!) while caring for your body and mind.

Brand new beginners encouraged to attend...all you need is a yoga mat and to be able to get up and down from the floor unassisted.

Space is limited to 13 women.
