In my group classes, I talk you through practice from my seat at the screen so I can see if my verbal instructions are working.

In these demo videos, I'm on my yoga mat teaching and practicing right along with you.

These practices range in length from 10-45 minutes.

You can do these classes by just listening to the audio but if you need to sneak a peek at a particular instruction, I'm right there!
