These Level 2 practices are a bit quicker paced and challenge you to take a closer look at your alignment, build stamina and strength and deepen flexibility in both body and mind. My intention in these practices (as in all our work) is to emphasize insight and function rather than performance. Sure, we work toward some fancier poses but with attunement and care.
