These one hour Level 1-2 classes are for ongoing students with some familiarity with commonly practiced poses.

These classes build strength but, as always, you're encouraged to listen to your body and back off when needed.

Refine alignment and find what works for you in standing poses, seated poses, pranayama practice and meditation.

Great to practice when you can't get to a live class and are ready to work!
